ExperTeach Benelux is looking for a Professional Cisco Instructor specialized in the area of Voice and IP Telephony. Your Task As a professional Cisco trainer, you will treat several topics in the environment of the vendor Cisco Systems. In contact with the participants of your courses, you will identify future-oriented ICT topics and, thus, support our sales force at our Brussels site. According to the topic range covered by you, you will take over responsibility for the purchase and deployment of the required technical equipment. You will continuously expand your technical know-how with a view to future technologies. Your site of deployment will be Benelux. Your Profile Thanks to your experience in the field, your personal technical skills and your teaching abilities, you will be able to inspire the students with your clear and entertaining presentations, and impress even experts with your in-depth knowledge of both traditional voice technologies and IP telephony. Your technical expertise will enhance the strength of our training team. Preferred skills/certification: • Cisco IP Telephony Specialist certification required • Good knowledge of data networks, LANs and WANs • Good knowledge of IP telephony, preferably on Cisco products • Knowledge of and experience with call center applications • General knowledge of traditional voice technologies (PBXs) • General knowledge of IT industry and related technologies such as OS, NOS, databases, web, e-business • First class communication skills (in English and Dutch) • Skills and experience in teaching highly preferred • Knowledge of Cisco Systems products or courses is an asset • CCNA, CCNP and/or CCIE highly preferred • MCSE 2000 (or equivalent knowledge) highly preferred • Motivated to learn and move forward in your career. Ideally, you have already been certified as a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI), however, this is not a mandatory prerequisite. You are able to provide proof of your success in your previous professional career in the form of positive feedback of your employers and customers. Your working method is marked by a high degree of customer-orientation and economically efficient thinking. You are capable of presenting complex facts in a didactically proficient manner and are fluent in English and preferably a further foreign language. Further Information We offer you a young, strongly team-oriented working environment marked by openness and transparency, as well as sophisticated technical equipment. You will have the chance to receive adequate advanced training in your field of activity. If you are not yet a CCSI, you can take this examination at ExperTeach. Your salary will entail an attractive basic salary and a significant variable additional share, which will directly depend on your personal success.
