MPLST

MPLS as a pure transport platform is useful, but not very exciting. Its benefits are made evident by services, such as MPLS VPN, Carriers' Carrier, Traffic Engineering, or AnyTransport over ATM (AToM). This course deals with the configuration of advanced features of MPLS at Cisco routers and can therefore be interpreted as a supplement of the MPLS - Implementing Cisco MPLS 2.3 course.

Course Contents
• Overview of MPLS and MPLS VPN
• Traffic Engineering Tunnel and Carriers'-Carrier Concepts
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Traffic Engineering
• MPLS QoS with Classes of Service (CoS)
• AnyTransport over MPLS (AToM)
• Transport of IPv6 over an MPLS Backbone

In this course, each student will receive the original Cisco Systems course documentation in English language.

Target Group
The course at hand is designed for persons who wish to configure and fault-clear advanced features of MPLS at Cisco routers.

Knowledge Prerequisites
Participants require excellent knowledge of Cisco IOS, routing protocols, and of MPLS. Attendance of the courses BGP - Configuring BGP on Cisco Routers, MPLS - Implementing Cisco MPLS 2.3 and Implementing Cisco Quality of Service is strongly recommended.
