In this course, each student will receive the original Cisco Systems course documentation in English language.

Anybody concerned with the protection of components of the unified communications environment against threats should attend this course.
Knowledge Prerequisites
Basic know-how on the level of a CCNA® is mandatory. Moreover, participants have to be familiar with the Cisco Unified CallManager and the CallManager Express.
