This 5-day hands-on course enables the student to support UCS. The student also learns how to implement UCS in an enterprise Data Center routing and switching infrastructure with the next-generation Cisco Nexus product family and includes SAN interconnectivity with FCoE and Nexus 1000
This course is designed to expose students to the fundamentals of the Cisco Unified Computing System. Furthermore, this course goes into both conceptual and physical details in order to illustrate the use and implementation of the Cisco Unified Compute System.
As a preparation for the course, the documentation contains two e-learning modules on virtualization technologies and UCS basics. The course prepares for the exam 642-994, which is required for the Cisco Unified Computing Technology Support Specialist and Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Support Specialist.
