This one-week BootCamp combines the contents of the courses CVOICE and GWGK. It is part of the CCVP certification, which consists of three one-week BootCamps, but can be booked separately. Target Group This power program is tailored to students striving to acquire the comprehensive contents of two courses in a compact and highly efficient manner. Knowledge Prerequisites Participants should already have been certified as CCNA® and should have a basic know-how of telecommunications and of the classical voice sector. An understanding of the functions of the Cisco Call Manager Express is a mandatory prerequisite.
