The aim of this course is to produce competent administrators of the Cisco Unity products. It replaces the course UCSA - Cisco Unified Communications System Administration and is the initial class in a two class series, the other being IUM - Implementing Cisco Unified Messaging. As such it lays a successful foundation for participation in the Engineer course because a student must understand the products' features and how to use them before being able to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot them. The class partially prepares a student to take the Unity System Engineer exam (642-105).
