This course discusses troubleshooting tools and concepts for WX Series platforms and several advanced topics. Key topics include redundancy and backup strategies, encryption, advanced application definitions, and troubleshooting of major technology areas for WX Series devices. This course is based on WXOS software version 5.7.
Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience in troubleshooting, deploying, and understanding concepts of WX Series platforms.

Target Group
This course is intended for network engineers, support personnel, reseller support personnel, and anyone responsible for implementing the WX Series platforms.

Knowledge Prerequisites
Completion of the OJWX course or equivalent experience with WX Series platforms is required. This course also assumes that students have basic networking knowledge and experience with basic WAN acceleration concepts and network administration.
